TC4 - Measurement of Electrical Quantities - Aims

The aims of TC4 include the following:

• promotion of the international exchange of scientific and metrological information and opinions concerning electronic instrumentation
• discussion on the current state and further development of the measurement of electrical and magnetic quantities
• dissemination of measurement principles and techniques
• application of the digital signal processing for accuracy improvement
• improvement of industrial applications of electrical instrumentation in the production
• implementation of a information and communication technology in the instrumentation
• promotion of the use of international standards relevant to the measurement of electrical quantities
• organization of special workshops devoted on the actual scope from the area of electronic instrumentation
