CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Theme of the event: "Virtual Media Technologies for the Post COVID-19 era"
[Times: Brazil (10:00AM-01:00 PM), Houston (6:00-9:00 AM), Europe (2:00-5:00 PM), Japan (10:00PM-01:00AM), UK (1:00-4:00PM), and India (5:30-8:30 PM).]
Abstracts are solicited from prospective authors on Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Intelligent Reality for the TC17ISMCR2021: Topical Event
The abstracts are limited to only 500 words and 2 pages (12 font cambria for text). [ No paper submission is required]
Deadline to receive the abstract June 1st, 2021
Date for Approval to authors July 15th, 2021
Please note the following for the event
1- The number of presentations is limited to 15. The abstract selection committee will select the papers based on the quality and the relevance to the theme.
2- Only Abstracts will be submitted by authors. A composite collection of abstracts for all presentations will be provided online to all attendees.
3- Registration for all attendees will be complimentary. All attendees will register using IEEE Vtools. Registration Start date-May 1, 2021, Registration last date Sept 28th, 2021.
4- All registrants will be provided ZOOM URL to login and only registrants will be allowed to attend this free event. 5- Authors of a number of selected presentations will be requested to submit papers after the event for possible IMEKO publication(optional) with no charges.
