SUPER-HIGH CAPACITOR ANALYZER WITH COMPENSATION OF COMMON-MODE ERROR

  • Abstract:
    The paper is devoted to measurement of the superhigh capacitor (from 0.1 F to 200 F) parameters with alternative current. The authors chose the mathematical model super-high capacitors and their equivalent circuit. They investigated of chosen mathematical model with equivalent circuit and proposed the super-high capacitor analyzer block diagram with compensation of common-mode error.
