Polyoxidic Thick Films for Piezoelectric Energy Harvesters

Abstract:

Thick films of 0.65Pb(Mg _1/3Nb_2/3)O₃–0.35PbTiO₃ were studied as piezoelectric active elements for micro-electro-mechanical systems for piezoelectric energy harvesting. The best phase purity, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were tested. The piezoelectric coefficient was found equal to 120 pC/N.
