Food Contact Articles: Impact Of Uncertainty Contributions In Compliance Testing

Abstract:

Food contact articles must be compliant to applicable regulations on food safety. In the migration testing different sources of uncertainties can be characterized. In a case study on disposable gloves the contributions to the uncertainties to the final results are analysed.
