ACCURATE MEASUREMENT OF RESISTANCE AND INDUCTANCE OF TRANSFORMER WINDINGS

    The leakage inductance and direct current (DC) resistance of windings are the most informationbearing parameters for diagnosis of voltage transformers. Measurement of these parameters with improved speed and accuracy by step function is suggested.
